Housing Access Navigator and PSH/PH Landscape Updates
We just launched a new version of our Permanent Supportive Housing and Permanent Housing Landscape tool. Here are some of the new features:
This tool is based on the same dataset as the Housing Access Navigator and helps streamline our efforts.
The Landscape has been simplified for clarity and accuracy in terms of units in the pipeline and funding gap data.
The new version of the Landscape uses Washington state CoCs as a geographical filter, meaning that we went from just focusing on King County to now have data for the entire state through CoCs.
We also did a major update with our main dataset as we did a round of outreach to providers to validate our data and ask for corrections or additional data. Because both of our data tools are based on this dataset, both have been updated with the newest information. We also updated our dataset based on the newest KCRHA Performance Dashboard data.
In addition to updating the main dataset for both tools, we also did some minor updates specifically for the Housing Access Navigator:
Instead of having two different tables with Property/Program information, we combined those into one to simplify the dashboard.
We added CoCs as a filter for this dashboard as well.
